  • Terry D Cornell is a recognized and highly
    distinguished veteran, who has served as the
    member for various organizations. He is a member
    of the Cheyenne Arapaho Tribe of Oklahoma and is
    also the part of Arapaho Indian.
  • The American Indian tribes are at times described
    as nations within a nation and even some tribes
    call themselves nations or people, instead of
    tribes. Their constitution considers them
    separate government and these tribes have their
    own laws and government. In general, the states
    do not interfere with tribal governments.

  • On 7 October 2017, Terry D Cornell held the
    annual tribal council meeting of the Cheyenne and
    Arapaho Tribe of Oklahoma.
  • The tribal council has all the tribal members of
    age over 18 and the meeting took place at the
    Community Center at Concho, Oklahoma.
  • The purpose of this tribal council meeting was to
    make changes and significant laws that effect the
    Cheyenne Arapaho Nation - A sovereign nation in
    the United States.

    was the audit of Tribal Members families to
    ensure that all family members were registered
    with the tribe.
  • This resolution was also passed by numerous votes
    and there were about 450 tribal members at this
    yearly meeting.
