ABOUT US
Every school we work with begins its improvement
journey with a school assessment, designed to
identify its unique circumstances and develop a
customized solution for school improvement. This
assessment identifies a schools position on the
Poor-Fair-Good-Great scale, taking into
consideration the consistency and level of
academic improvement. In addition, the
assessment highlights the unmet needs faced by
the schools student population, expanding past
the traditional jurisdiction of schools to
encompass maternal healthcare, student wellbeing
and other factors that may influence a childs
ability to learn.

Julie Grantham is passionate about improving the
education, training and employment prospects of
all Queenslanders. Julie is also driving reforms
to ensure more Queenslanders hold a trade,
training or tertiary qualification and is working
towards improved workforce participation.
