  recommended to Real Estate Appraisal
  Administration and Disciplinary Board to
  reinstate Choudhry Muzzafars license. The Board
  had jurisdiction over subject matter of the case.
• Prior to reinstating, he was asked to complete
  all required continuing education and needed to
  arrange an employment situation where he has a
