  and assessment of what and where we are cleaning
• Preparation Pre-Treatment Pre-treat entire
  area and isolate stains.  Agitate carpet to
  loosen compacted soil.

  and remnant cleaning agents extracted from carpet
  utilizing professional grade equipment.  
• Post-Stain Treatment  Address and remove any
  stains not removed from the prior process (some
  stains may not be removed).  Dyeing bleach spots
  may be part of this step.
