Understanding the Symptoms of Gingivitis
  • If your gums are swollen, red, irritated and
    bleeding, you might need treatment for
    Gingivitis. Gingivitis is a gum condition that is
    often caused by poor oral hygiene. It occurs as a
    result of inadequate oral hygiene. Symptoms of
    gingivitis are hard to tell since it cause little
    or no discomfort. However, symptoms of gingivitis
    are hard to tell because it causes little or no
    discomfort. Therefore it is important to notice
    the slightest of change or sensation in your gum
    to prevent Gingivitis from advancing towards
    periodontitis, which is a more severe type of gum
    disease.

  • Frequent mouth sores
  • Receding gums
  • Tender and swollen gums
  • Irritation in gum
  • Persistently bad breath
  • Pain and discomfort while Chewing

  • Gingivitis hardly cause pain or discomfort. So,
    it is quite possible that you have gingivitis
    without even knowing it. However, it you watch
    closely, you will be able to identify certain
    signs and symptoms that indicate gingivitis. Some

  • Certain medications like Dilantin (phenytoin) and
    birth control

    gingivitis
