  systems and learn to be stronger, more

  coaching is offered in the tri-state area and
  tele-coaching worldwide.

• The Oh, Shift! and Oh, Shift! For Teens
  Workshops spans 6 weeks and helps teens to
  effectively communicate with their peers and
  explore their own self in a safe, non-judgmental
  environment.

• About the Youth Empowerment Coach
• Keith Senzer has years of experience in promoting
  personal growth and acceptance amongst the youth.
  He teaches the skills necessary for the youth to
  help them feel comfortable with who they are and
  motivate them to step into power.

• Truth circle facilitates participants to speak
  the truth without judgment. It is designed to
  expand
