person can have. How can anyone see how great
you are if you cant see it yourself? Confidenc
e in oneself is the root of all good things
happening in ones life. Many people do think
that PG Diploma Courses are not equivalent to
that of a degree. It is a very wrong assumption!
 Post Graduate Diploma Courses are as good as
what you learn in a degree course. Any form of
knowledge be it coming from a diploma or a degree
or an online blog article is worthless till the
time you are confident enough to use it the right

apologetic and fumbling all the time? So how do

knowledge and capabilities is what makes others
doubt their worth too. 2. Failure to inspire

confident on you. Only a confident person with a
positive energy all around him can generate a
wave of positivity around him/her. With self

confidence instill a sense of self esteem in a
person. Till the time you are not sure what you
are doing is right, how will you take pride in
it. As per Maslows Need Hierarchy Theory, self
esteem is the fourth most important needs an
employee crave for after being satisfied in terms
of psychology, safety and social life.  4. No
self confidence means no self efficacy  Self
confidence instills a sense of self efficacy. We
see ourselves as achievers mastering skills and
living upto our own expectations as well as of
those who depend upon us. This instills a sense
of faith in us that if we will continuously keep
learning new things and working hard, we  would
succeed in life no matter what. This sense of
optimism helps us to take up difficult challenges
passionately and being persistent in all facets
of setbacks.
