Aaron Helmets emerged as a part of the strategic
expansion plan of the MAW Group having major
business interests in Nepal. With a turnover of
over INR 800 crores, the Group represents
international brands like JCB, Skoda, Fiat,
Yamaha besides many others. Aaron, a premier
brand from Aaron Helmets Pvt. Ltd., entered the
Indian auto accessories market in 2008-09 under
the leadership of Mr Sushil Kumar Agarwal and Mr
Shivang Agarwal. With a manufacturing capacity
of over one million helmets per year at its
state-of-the-art plant in Sitargunj, Uttarakhand
adhering to high quality standards and norms.
The product design team works together with
engineering and highly skilled shop-floor experts
achieving consistency in product specifications
and quality. A well equipped quality control
section inspects each piece to ensure that the

helmets. The company has its headquarters in New
