As of Jan 2015 Canada has introduced new system
for Federal skilled workers i.e. express entry

• Requirements for Federal skilled Express entry
• You should mention Same type of job as you
  mentioned in National Occupational Classification
  (NOC)
• Your job should be a paid work (unpaid,
  internship not allowed)
• You should have an experience of at least one
  year in Full time job or equal amount of part
  time job
• You must show that you did all the duties that
  has mentioned in the lead statement of NOC
• If you failed to match those duties then you are
  not eligible for Express entry.

• Other Minimum requirements
• Language ability
• You must meet the minimum language of the
  Canadian language benchmark in English or French.
• You can take the language test approved by CIC
  which describes your language ability
• Education
• You must have a Diploma or degree certificate
• Your education level should be equal to Canadian
  High school, degree or diploma
