Faster Day 1
The first step is to remove all the junk food
from your house. Replace all the junk food with
nutrient rich food and fiber-rich foods like
fruits, vegetables, whole grains, low-fat dairy
products, beans, nuts, seeds etc. Do not store
any candies or hot dogs in your refrigerator. On
the first day avoid all the carbohydrate foods
