  • Sometimes its the simplest things that hold us
    back from progressing to the next level,
    especially when it comes to learning more
    advanced pole tricks. Often times your heart will
    desire to do more extravagant pole tricks but
    your mind will give you an onslaught of reasons
    why you cant, like Im too heavy, Im too
    old, or thats impossible. Dont listen.

  • You have heard of senior citizen Olympic
    marathons or other sports that demonstrate
    peoples abilities to do abnormal activities. The
    reason they can is that they believe they can.
    You have to believe you can through pole fitness
    exercise. Its in your mind.

  • Granted, we are not all triathlon athletes nor
    will we ever be, but the point is that regardless
    of your age or current fitness level in pole
    fitness dancing, you can do much better than you
    currently are (probably beyond your wildest
    dreams) if you would just believe you can.

  • Once you decide to try and believe in yourself,
    then you will naturally find ways to prepare for
    whatever it is you set out to do at an advanced
    level especially in pole fitness dancing.
  • If it isnt challenging to the point of doubt,
    then its probably not a goal worth achieving in
    my opinion.

  • Some of the most rewarding (and risky I will
    admit) things in life are the things you thought
    you couldnt do but decided to try anyway.
  • Advanced pole tricks are like that, you must
    decide to try, go for it, prepare, take your
    time, train, work hard, enjoy yourself, and one
    day, you will find yourself doing the Superman on
    the pole at 65 years old!

    old but you get my point, regardless of age, if
    you really want to do something, you can if you
    decide you can and that goes with deciding to
    learn pole fitness dancing.

  • The way you work yourself into learning how to
    pole dance at home and face more seemingly
    superhuman athletic activities like advanced pole
    moves is through progression. Unfortunately, we
    live in a world of instant gratification and if
    you dont achieve your goals in 4 weeks flat then
    you are done.. such a poor sport thinking that
    way. Anything worth achieving takes time,
    sometimes years of practice and dedication.

    techniques, so take your time, listen to your
    bodys responses and move forward according to
    your own knowing.

    and strengthening the skin as well as
