will we ever be, but the point is that regardless
of your age or current fitness level in pole
fitness dancing, you can do much better than you
currently are (probably beyond your wildest
dreams) if you would just believe you can. -

then you will naturally find ways to prepare for
whatever it is you set out to do at an advanced
level especially in pole fitness dancing. - If it isnt challenging to the point of doubt,
then its probably not a goal worth achieving in

6- Some of the most rewarding (and risky I will
admit) things in life are the things you thought
you couldnt do but decided to try anyway. - Advanced pole tricks are like that, you must
decide to try, go for it, prepare, take your
time, train, work hard, enjoy yourself, and one
day, you will find yourself doing the Superman on
the pole at 65 years old!

old but you get my point, regardless of age, if

techniques, so take your time, listen to your
bodys responses and move forward according to
