  possible. K.N. Crowder has been in business for
  over 65 years and has had 4 generations of
  Crowders work in the company. Over the last 65
  years we have prided ourselves on our reputation.
  From the beginning we have produced a top quality
  product at a fair price that has stood the test
  of time. Ken Newton Crowder, my grandfather,
  started the business with the idea that he
  wouldn't put his name on the product unless he
  was 100 sure that his customer would be
  satisfied. Customer satisfaction and pride in our
  diverse product line are still our top priorities
  today.

WEATHERSTRIPPING

• Where else but in Canada with its extreme
  variations of climate could one better choose for
  the testing and the use of door weatherstripping.
  We at K.N. Crowder with the help and concern of
  Architects and Contract Hardware Consultants are
  dedicated to supply products that meet or exceed
  these demands. We have been doing it for over 50
  years. All weatherstripping is punched and
  supplied with self-tapping screws or
  self-drilling sheet metal (Teks) at additional
  costs, see price list. All weatherstrip is
  available in Mill finish, Bronze, Clear or Gold
  anodized.

THRESHOLDS

• Fifty years of experience makes our door
  threshold business what it is today. A top of the
  line product available in almost any shape,
  dimension, colour, pattern...Special requests can
  be made available by contacting your distributor
  or our head office. All Thresholds are supplied
  punched with No. 10 x 1 1/2" flat head
  self-drilling tap-con screws at no additional
  costs.

STAIR NOSING

• K.N. Crowder Mfg. has a variety of stair nosing
  for exterior and interior use for concrete and
  pan type stair construction. Available with lanel
  inserts or with Anti-slip abrasive grit inserts.
  Treads are available for setting in place with
  anchors during concrete pours or for mounting on
  previously constructed stair cases.

AUTOMATIC DOOR BOTTOMS

• When nothing but the best will do for the bottom
  of your doors. Our Automatic Door Bottoms (ADB)
  are made from extruded aluminum combined with
  closed cell sponge neoprene, felt or brush and is
  activated when a plunger depresses against the
  door stop or jamb, sealing out draft, sound and
  light. Surface or mortise types available in
  stock sizes 24", 30", 36", 42" and 48". These can
  be shortened up to 6" (from lock side) on job
  site - 24" can be shortened 3" only. Reversible
  for right or left hand installations. Maximum
  drop is 5/8" and they are available in gold and
  bronze anodized.
