continue lease for remaining period provided land
use is not altered.

  • State has a policy to allot un-notified/de-
    notified heritage properties on ninety years
    lease for establishing heritage hotels without
    changing the original architecture of the
    property
  • The upset price is Rs. 01 Lakh for the property

    property.
  • The bidding, allotment and lease procedure is
    same as of land allotment process
