having a website. These are considered as
essential feed for business. Lets suppose

right traffic, making product sell like hotcakes,
getting potential leads to the company so on

User Guide Every website has a user guide. Locate
the same. Chalk out information like image sizes,
resolution, alternative text (for accessibility),
and optimization (so images load faster on your

engines crawl the new content faster hence
directing more traffic. Sometimes websites need
uniform updates. This can be achieved through
editorial calendar. Excel spreadsheet or Google
sheet will help do that. Content should base on
feature stories, event listing, news, reports,
updates, announcements, awards, social media and
blog posts.

Periodic Site Reviews Site content needs a review
at least once in a year. Writing content isnt
literary. Everything needs to be inspected
sites imagery, captions, navigation drop-downs,
and metadata too. During the review, one should
consider Is any fact outdated, any link broken,
messaging still current and effective, have the
needs of my audience changed, photography or
multimedia need to be refreshed, any content
missing, time for a site overhaul, does the site
needs to be incorporated into another so on.

audience. What are the right keywords? What would
