UNCLAIMED DIVIDEND AMOUNT SERVICES
Sometimes companies are not able to make payment
of dividend to some of its shareholders because
they are not able to locate the shareholders due
to various reasons like wrong address, closure of
bank accounts etc Any dividend amount transferred
to the 'unpaid dividend account' of the Company
and remaining unpaid or unclaimed for a period of
7 years from the date of such transfer are
transferred to the Investor Education and
Protection Fund (IEPF). Once such amount is
transferred to IEPF then shareholders cannot
claim such amounts. We at LetsDemat will trace on
behalf of the shareholders about their total
dividend amount unclaimed and will assist them in

UNDELIVERED SHARE CERTIFICATE SERVICES
Certificates after transfer/issue of new shares
such as Bonus/face value change/certificate
issued upon merger etc which after having
dispatched to the registered address of the
shareholder is returned by the Postal Authorities
with certain remarks such as "Deceased", "Not
known", "door closed" etc and returned to the

ISSUE OF DUPLICATE SHARE CERTIFICATE SERVICES
A shareholder may be loosing certain rights due
to loss/misplaced/stolen/damaged share
certificates. Not only this, the shareholder may
not be able to sell the same in case of any need
since he doesn't have the shares with him.
But,Issue of duplicate Share certificates is
atedious process and continuous followup is
required with RTA and the company. We assist our
clients in providing guidance and completing the
procedure required to obtain duplicate
shares. However, please note that if the lost
share certificates and the valid transfer deeds
are lodged by a third party for transfer, the
same will be resolved basedon the relevant facts
and further course of action will be advised.
