3A little bit of salt and pepper powder
4 cups of vegetable stock
1 tablespoon of oil
Half cup of diced carrots
1 cup of chopped broccoli

1 large clove of chopped garlic
¼ cup of celery
¼ cup of chopped onion
¼ cup of diced tofu
Half cup of chopped mushrooms

First of all, heat the pan at medium heat and add
the oil in it. We can use olive oil or any
cooking oil for this purpose.
