(For short term investors- supports rental)
TIME Apartment is delivered within 4 weeks,
subject to advance payment. This ensures quick
rental without any time loss.
B. NEMA PREMIUM
(For Long term investors- Premium Rental)
TIME Apartment is delivered within 5 weeks,
subject to advance payment. This ensures quick
rental without any time loss.

C. NEMA ASPIRE
(For your first home)
TIME Apartment is delivered within 8 weeks,
subject to advance payment design selection.
D. NEMA GOLD
This package is meant for end-users with looking
for designer apartment apt for their individual
taste. We offer multitude of Interior Designers
furniture designers.
Note We provide warranty of two years on all
woodwork. Further Annual Maintenance Contract
(AMC) could be purchased for three years at a
nominal fee.
