works at his family run dairy business Correias
Dairy in Escalon. The dairy was started by his
grandfather, Jose Correia with just one cow.
Before permanently relocating to Escalon, he
lived in Portugal with his family.

Highly determined to build a dairy, Jose made
every possible effort to realize his dream. His
wife kept his side during the process and had
three children all born in Portugal. Eventually,
they all moved to Escalon and successfully
established their dairy.
