sound project planning. Estimation is the
process of gradual refinement and does not
finishes till the end of project.NFRA provides
user with a safe and sound estimation, in order
to meet the planned estimate and finish the
project within the set tolerance limit.

ESTIMATION SOFTWARE

• This part helps the user too fetch the price of
  item from the master and place it against the
  concerned BOQ. When all the items are present
  against all the items listed in BOQ, the sum of
  all the price gives you the total estimate of
  material required.

TOOLS RATE AND MANPOWER
Many tools are required for the completion of
project, some of which the are rented and some
purchased, the sum of sum and purchasing and
renting provides with an estimate for
tool. Labor charges of different categories can
also be calculated by entering the rate and
quantity of labors employed. Sum of all the cost
provides with an estimate for manpower.

SUBCONTRACT
Many activities of a project are outsourced to
subcontractor, all of which them have different
charges. The activity which is selected for
outsourcing is selected in this page and the
rates are fetched from the database for the same
and displayed on the screen. These rates are
reflected in final estimate thus easing the
process of estimation.

ADD ON CHARGES
Commissions, extra logistics cost(loading
unloading) and many more such add on costs are
unavoidable in a project based company, and
sometimes they are of such costs that they cannot
be ignored. So this part of module allows one to
manage these costs well and even reflect it in
the total estimate.

CONCLUSION

• NFRA allows one to handle one of the most
  important part of project without any errors and
  difficulties.
• A minute mistake may be an error in calculations
  or a human error to notify the correct charges of
  subcontractor and many more, can have a serious
  impact on estimation and NFRA allows the user to
  minimize these problem to the maximum.
