Support Mission Everest

• Join, fund and support Praveen Singh Rangar to
  become the First Indian to climb Mount Everest
  without Oxygen and come down Skiing from the top.

About the project

• This will be Indias first expedition which puts
  an OBC river Guide on top of Mount Everest- the
  highest peak in the world. This will also be the
  1st civilian expedition to use a ski-descent from
  the mountain while ascending it without oxygen.

About Praveen Singh Rangar

• My name is Praveen Singh Rangar and this
  presentation has been created to request you for
  your assistance for my Expedition to Mount
  Everest in April 2017.
• For your information, I intend to climb Mount
  Everest without oxygen and make a ski descent
  from the Top.
• I hereby humbly request you to fund or sponsor my
  expedition (wholly, partially or any kind) and
  help me realize my Everest Dream. Incidentally,
• I will be the FIRST INDIAN who will be attempting
  to climb Mount Everest without oxygen and make a
  Ski descent from Everest Top. I am an avid
  adventurer and in particular, a keen
  skier-mountaineer, with a wide experience.

Training experience

• Has been training mountaineering in Nehru
  Institute of Mountaineering since 2008.
• Has been training skiing, water skiing and para
  sailing in IISM in 2012.
• Has been training rafting in JIMWS since 2010
• Trained Rafting at Snow-leopard camp.

Challenges - Mission Everest

• As of now I am unable to arrange adequate funds
  for my Everest venture. Although, I have managed
  to arrange some funds from my savings through my
  job salaries.
• I will therefore be highly grateful, if you could
  support my expedition in any manner !

Exclusiveness of the project

• Till date there is a approx. 300 Everest climbers
  in India but no OBC name appears in the list.
• Never has a river guide climbed Everest either.
• This project also will aim at being the 1st
  Indian civilian expedition to climb the mountain
  without the use of supplementary oxygen.
• Also this expedition aims at descending the
  mountain on skis.

Communication Focus

• The newfound reach of Global Communication makes
  Explorers Grand Slam expedition an unique
  promotional vehicle.
• Options
• The use of computers, PDAs and smart phones will
  be at the core of the expeditions communication
  package and with specialized software (contact 5)
  will allow
• Regular expedition updates from the mountain
• Real time video feed
• Interactive Google maps outlining the
  expeditions progress.
• Helmet cam footage of the expedition.
• The expedition team will have access to contact 5
  software needed to optimize the communication
  options available from the field and also promote
  the expedition to a global audience of opinion
  influencers at the highest level.

Sponsorship Details

• A funding of INR 250000 has been obtained from
  the Govt. Of Uttrakhand and the expedition is now
  seeking a Naming Rights Sponsorship from a single
  Sponsor company.
• The cost to obtain sole Naming Rights Sponsorship
  is INR 2215000. and the expedition breakdown is
  outlined on the following page.

• Logistic support
• Expedition equipments
• Communication software
• N.B- No remunerations component to either the
  climber or the photographer will make up for any
  level of contribution from the Naming Rights
  sponsor.

Naming Rights for the expedition - Details

• Exclusive rights for the venture.
• Access to high quality photos of the expedition.
• Access to public relation appearances by the
  expedition members.
• Promotion in all multi-media avenues that the
  expedition is able to obtain for coverage of the
  event.
• The right to use expedition members profiles for
  company promotions and public relations purposes.
• For the Naming Rights Sponsors Logo to be placed
  prominently on all relevant expedition
  equipments, including high altitude suits and
  clothing.
• Provision of a photo-shoot of the expedition
  members for Naming Rights Sponsors promotional
  campaigns.
• 5 sessions of motivational talk by the team
  will be given to the sponsors company if so
  desired by it .

• Additionally, we envisage that the expedition
