• Dr. Paul Zarda is the Manager at Engineering
  Methods Group, Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire
  Control, Orlando, Fl. His job responsibilities
  fall into four different categories including
• Manager of the Engineering Methods Group
• Member of the Technical Staff assigned to
  Research and Technology in Technical Operations
• Program Manager of the Supersonic Hypersonic
  Vehicle Design contract with WPAFB
• Program Manager of the Web-based Design
  Environment contract with the Wright Patterson
  Air Force Base (WPAFB)

Dr. Paul Zarda is also an Adjunct Professor at
UCF, where he holds the title of Research
Professor of Mechanical Engineering in the Dept.
of Mechanical, Materials and Aerospace
Engineering. He is responsible for providing
direct support of the engineering community in
the areas of Systems Engineering, Mechanical
Design and Analysis, Optical Design.

Dr. Paul Zarda has been involved in the
capture of the design process of missile and fire
control systems, leading to the development of
the Interactive Missile Design (IMD) system for
missile systems to the development of the
Interactive Gimbal Design (IGD) system for fire
control.

Dr. Paul Zarda has many achievements under his
belt, including a DARPA contract with UCF and
Lockheed Martin, recipient of UCFs MMAE Pi-Tau
Sigma 2011 Teacher-of-the-Year award, an
excellent 4.5/5 RateMyProfessors.com rating,
recipient of several Columbia University and
Lockheed Martin awards, and the title of Inventor
for his patent pending Tennis Racquet with
Adjustable Frame Isolation.
