community.  It was in 2014 that Heath ranked a
whopping 14 among 63 North-Texas towns that were
chosen to be rated by Dallas own, D
Magazine. Niche is another highly-respected and
impressively-informative resource that provides
statistics and rankings for every communitylarge
and small.  In fact, Niche offers demographic
insight on every neighborhood and city in the
United States to help people better determine the
best places to fulfill their careers, buy homes
and raise their families.  Niche compared 77
Texas communities in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metro
area and Heath proudly came in at 17.

Heath Provides a Welcoming Ambiance
The mayor of Heath, Mr. Lorne Liechty, offers a
very heartfelt welcome for new families moving
into this community.  He states in his Mayor
Column to those already living here   As people
move into the new homes being constructed, I
encourage you to take the time to welcome your
new neighbors and continue the warm and friendly
community spirit that is a core part of our
culture.
