science to find the right fit bike for you that
will help you have the right posture ad correct
positions which always prove to be the strength
of any cyclist. The bike fit procedure can be
classified into checking three major parameters
of any cycle for a given cyclist. These three
basic parameters are-

  • Correct or appropriate saddle height- It
    enables the cyclists to effectively reach the
    pedals and put their strength into cycling to the
    maximum extent.
  • The appropriate or most suited distance between
    saddle and stem- This distance determines the
    comfort of the cyclist when he is driving the
    bike or cycle.
