Medical Weight Loss
  • The way to lose weight is by turning ON the 6 fat
    burning hormones thyroid hormones, growth
    hormones, insulin-like growth factor (IGF-1),
    testosterone, glucagon, and adrenalin (my
    favorite one to turn on). In order to turn the
    fat burning hormones on we have to turn OFF the 3
    fat-making hormones estrogen, insulin, and
    cortisol.
  • There are 2 major reasons why your body will not
    turn on fat burning hormones

  • The vast majority of Americans have food
    intolerances and have no idea. Food intolerances
    turn on cortisol, estrogen and insulin. The most
    advanced way of determining food intolerances is
    with an AlCat test. The AlCat test will tell you

2. Organ/Gland mal-function
  • There are four body types that show up with
    weight gain adrenal, ovary, thyroid and liver.
    Determining your body type or types give us the
    proper direction in your course of care.
  • With ADRENAL body type you will have a sagging
    belly. In the OVARY body types you will have fat
    collected on the hips and thighs. The THYROID
    body type will collect fat all over the body. And
    the LIVER type will have a protruding beer
    belly.

  • The fat that your body collects is a sign of
    organ or gland stress. Once the stress is removed
    from the mal-functioning organ or gland the body
    can turn on the fat burning hormones and then its
    time to get the new wardrobe!
