2. Type of EOT Crane

• EOT Crane are basically of following type
• Single Girder EOT Crane The Single girder EOT
  Crane consists of Single bridge girder supported
  on two end trucks. It has a trolley hoist
  mechanism that runs on the bottom flange of
  bridge girder.
• Double Girder EOT Crane The double girder eot
  crane consists of two bridge girder supported on
  two end trucks and the trolley runs on rails on
  the top of bridge girders
• Gantry Cranes These cranes are essentially the
  same as regular cranes except that the bridge for
  carrying the trolley or trolleys is rigidly
  supported on two or more legs running on fixed
  rails or other runway.
• Monorail For application such as production
  assembly or service assembly line , only a
  trolley hoist is required. the Hoisting mechanism
  is same as single girder eot crane and only
  difference that Monorail crane does not have
  movable bridge and the trolley run on fixed
  girder.

4. Single Girder EOT Crane

• Single girder EOT Crane generally have maximum
  span in between 20 and 50 feet with maximum lift
  of 15-50 feet
• They can handle the 1 to 20 tons
• Single girder eot crane generally use to handle
  the light to moderate load and cost effective for
  use as standby crane .
• Single girder cranes reduce the total crane cost

5. Double Girder EOT Crane

• Double girder Eot Cranes are faster , with
  maximum bridge speeds , torlley speeds and hoist
  speeds approaching 350 FPM ,150 FPM and 60 FPM
  respectively
• They can lift up to 100 tons.
• These can be utilized at any capacity where
  extremly high hook lift is required because the
  hook can be pulled up between girders
• they are also highly suitable where the crane
  needs to be fitted with walkways ,lights, cabs
  ,magnet cable reels or other special equipments.

  weight, Wheel Load Headroom and easy to maintain
