About the Presenter
  • Suzanne Ward is a Director at Pattison Hardman
    Pty Limited.  She has an Honours Degree in Law
    and in excess of 15 years of litigation and legal
    costing experience in both the government sector
    and in private practice in New South Wales and
    Victoria.

  • Suzanne has been a Director at Pattison Hardman
    since 2006.  She has been accepted and quoted as
    an expert witness in published judgments in the
    Federal Court of Australia and the Supreme Court
    of New South Wales on costing issues and has a
    diverse range of experience in the preparation of
    Bills of Costs, Applications for Security for
    Costs and/or lump sum assessments, expert advice
    and the conduct of costing seminars.

  • Suzanne has also been published extensively on
    developments in legal costing in New South Wales,
    including regular contributions to the NSW Law
    Society Journal since 2006.  She has also been
    employed as a part-time lecturer and tutor at
    three tertiary institutions since 2001 in law
    subjects including Legal Costing.

  • As a Law Sessional Lecturer, Suzanne brings the
    necessary experience to Pattison Hardman to run
    successful in-house seminars and to research
    developments in the law of costing.
