  the law of Ma. Gen. Laws Ann 138 section 34 A.

  be charged under the law of Ma. Gen. Laws Ann 138
  section 34 C.
• A minor who provide false statement about age to
  buy alcoholic liquor will be charged under the
  law of Ma. Gen. Laws Ann 138 section 34 A.

Penalties for Underage Drinking

• Purchasing or Transporting alcohol will be
  punished for 50 and 250 fine and license will
  be suspended for 90 days.
• Using fraudulent identification to buy alcohol
  will keep in jail for 3 months and the fine
  charge on them will not exceed 200.
• Using false identification about age to purchase
  alcohol will be punished for 3000 fine and
  license will be suspended for 180 days.
