Need to get the big goals
then hit the small goals first. Dont bite
off more than you can chew. Look
at it this way. Rather dreaming of running 10
miles everyday do 10 push ups everyday.
Wake up, stretch and hit it, even
for just 5-10 minutes.

Prepare Well in Advance
Eat Healthy Do your
grocery shopping accordingly
replace one meal with a healthy option.
Wake Up Early Prepare the night before. Get
into your sleep gear and switch off the lights.
Exercise Lay out your
gym clothes. Heck, sleep in them if
you want!

There will always be people
