By the virtue of dreaming big and transforming it
into reality through perseverance and unwavering
mental strength, two young HR professionals
started their own venture Career Shapers HR
Consulting Pvt. Ltd in the year 2000 without the
backing of capital and trade background. The idea
behind the creation of this venture was the
passion of being an Entrepreneur, the desire to
grow and sustain ones own business with the
added benefits of financial independence,
intellectual emotional rewards a partnership
that creates an incomparable Legacy.
Rising Back to Power 
Career Shapers faced the biggest economic crunch
in their first financial year when all the
capitals were exhausted. Family and social
circles were urging the entrepreneurs to switch
back to their respective corporate worlds but by
the dint of hard work and determination to
achieve on their own and believing the fact that
every failure offers another chance to succeed,
they started from scratch with a lot of
enthusiasm. Despite of repeated failures and huge
debts, they bounced back to financial stability
in the year 2003. Sustaining a steady growth in
all spheres, the company accelerated its growth
to make a turnover of over 60 by the year 2009.

July 15, 2015 was the day when the Management of
Career Shapers Consulting amicably decided that
in interest of the organization and all its
stakeholders, all the staff, clients, network,
knowledge, expertise, past data and data bank of
Automobile and BFSI sectors shall be transferred
to Impeccable HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd under the
leadership of one of the Director Mr. Pankaj
Minglani. Hence, the current HR team of
Impeccable HR is a hive-off from the entire
Auto-BFSI team of Career Shapers HR Consulting
Pvt. Ltd as part of internal restructuring. Today
, Impeccable HR Consulting Pvt. Ltd is growing at
a fast pace in their core area of Automobile,
BFSI industries and RPO. Also, they are gaining
good foothold in HR Advisory, Executive Search
and training development. In addition, they have
started two new industry verticals Shipping and
Ecommerce.
