ShriPradeepMaharathy, Honble Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries Animal Resources and Dr. Arun Kumar Sahoo, Honble Minister of Panchayati Raj Law, Govt. of Odisha were present during the inaugural function of the Xavier Digital University.
