Shawn M. Williams is a rich professional in the
field of technology. He has over 15 years of
experience in senior legal and contracts
positions representing technology and
telecommunications companies in the enterprise,
government and international communities. He is a
member of bar associations for the states of
Maryland and Virginia, the National Contract
Management Association and the Association for
Corporate Counsel. He holds Bachelors Business
Administration from Southeastern University.
After completing his graduation, he went to
Averett University to pursue Masters in Business
Administration. In addition, he also possesses
the Juris Doctorate from the University of
Maryland, Baltimore.

In April 2006, he started serving American
Systems Corporation as Corporate Counsel. Here he
was responsible for anticipating legal risks in
connection with the companys contracting
activities and developing strategies and
solutions for mitigating such risks. He led the
legal office and acts as a counsellor to the
contracts department of large defense contractor.
He also led members of acquisition team handled
due diligence on corporate governance, risk, IP,
disputes and more.

As Corporate Counsel, Shawn M. Williams was
responsible for day to day legal duties including
drafting letters on A/R matters, cease and desist
orders, drafting promissory notes, and
non-solicitation agreements. He also managed all
kinds of government contracts including firm
fixed price, time, materials and cost plus fixed
price. In addition, he drafted, reviewed and
negotiated terms of software service agreements,
licenses and contracts or subcontracts.

At present, Shawn M. Williams is working as the
General Counsel at Alliance Technology Group,
LLC. He is working with this organization since
October 2015. He is a dedicated and responsible
employee who gives his best to achieve the
success for the company. He manages all legal and
contracts transactions, ensures compliance with
government regulation (FAR and GWAC expert) with
efficient and flexible processes. In addition to
this, he energetically and responsibly engages
and supports business development efforts.
