11 NCR-based builders have joined hands together
to promote Sohna region located at the southern
end of Gurgaon as an affordable realty
destination.This statement came from CREDAI-NCR.
These 11 developers, including Supertech Ltd, CHD
Developers, Ashiana Homes, and Silverglades are
planning to develop 7,000 apartments and plots in
Sohna Road that start from Rs. 4,500 per sq ft.

The apartments built in this region are expected
to be delivered to home buyers in next four years
after the residential construction projects are
started. The statement from the CREDAI also shows
that all developers will produce a joint liaising
with the Government and authorities in order to
accelerate the process of infrastructural
development in the Southern part of Sohna.

That is why there are many existing as well as
upcoming projects, offering luxury apartments in
Gurgoan, are being developed on the both side of
the road. Scarlet Suites in Gurgaon is a

offering luxurious studio apartments at an
affordable price tag.
