Corporate apparel is a proper set of several
accessories - tie, shirt, basecoat, coat and
pant. In complete sense, corporate apparel is the
form of dress which reflects your profession. You
might have seen that a man working in a company
looks more professional than a person who is
working in an informal set up where dress does
not matter much although there are very less
professions where you need not care about your
dressing sense. Generally, casual wear is
different from corporate wear. Casual wear are
clothes that we can wear at home on vacations and
in parties (unofficial parties) whereas corporate
apparel consists of clothes that we wear in our
business time or dresses that are provided by our
organization. The dresses that come under
corporate apparel are corporate uniforms and
corporate work wear.

You might be thinking that how corporate apparel
can reflect ones professional image. We all know
that a sharp, smart, polished image, head to toe
will help a busy professional woman to stand out
for the right reasons instead of blend in for the
wrong. But with the change in fashion we do not
know the right way to present ourselves in a
right way. There was a time when every person
used to don professional attire every morning
irrespective of the business they were into. But
now time has changed people care more about their
dresses or we can say that instead of wearing a
proper uniform they love to live in simple casual
which looks good and easy to move. Now, corporate
apparel is generally worn during professional
meetings or in offices. There are generally
three levels of corporate work wear which are as
follow

1. Boardroom Attire Boardroom attire style of
dress generally includes crisp white dress shirts
and modest ties. Apart from that people should
wear high quality accessories. Dark charcoal gray
or navy blue two or three pieces suits. If we
talk about shoes then people should wear black
oxfords or derby.   2.  Traditional business
Attire  Those who are stuck with traditional
wear should wear traditionally patterned shirt
and ties that can be bright colored. Dark stubbly
patterned suits should be worn. In case of shoes
dark brown or navy oxford will fit best for the
traditional business attire.    3.  Executive
Casual Brightly colored or patterned shirts and
ties should be worn by the people who have an
interest in wearing executive casual. Along with
these shirts sport coats and jackets plus dressy
slacks will be best match plus. Loafers or monk
strapped shoes should be given preference with
executive casual.

If you are not sure which dress level is most
appropriate for your working environment then
follow the basic thumb rule which tells us that,
the more you deal with clients money, the more
traditional and conservative you should be
