  hotel option when available. Brining the pets

  friendly hotel as well. (Restrictions may apply)

Who books the room and how is payment made?

• Express Hotel Housing cuts through all the
  red tape. We research options and present the
  options to your policyholder within minutes of
  your request. After your customer selects the
  best option that fits their needs, Express Hotel
  Housing immediately books the accommodations
  using our corporate discount card, our credit
  card (for room charges and taxes) and immediately
  emails notifications to the adjuster on file as
  well as a confirmation to the policyholder. It
  couldnt be simpler than that!

Does my policyholder need to sign any documents?

• Once the accommodations are set up and
  confirmation details are provided to the
  policyholder, our hotel agreement will
  automatically be sent to the hotel for them to
  sign upon check in. By signing this agreement the
  policyholder acknowledges that Express HH is
  direct billing their insurance company for their
  stay.If a rental property is secured, the
  policyholder will be responsible for signing the
  lease agreement with property manager and also a
  lease agreement with Express HH.

What can I expect with your simplified billing
process?

• Upon check- out, the folio is received and
  thoroughly audited and invoices are uploaded to
  your account dashboard instantly. You will also
  receive monthly statements through email. This
  allows you to close your claims quickly and
  efficiently.

Do the taxes drop off for extended hotel stays?

• Based on the number of nights and if all
  local and state tax exemption policies are met, a
  tax credit may be applied to the final hotel
  invoice.
