• Alignment is the adjustment of an object in
  relation with other objects. By alignment, we
  mean the way every element at workplace is
  positioned in comparison to the other element.
  The aligned objects always provide an aesthetic
  and neat look.

A few examples of how the things can be aligned
at a workplace are

• Alignment of sign boards pictures on walls,
  they should be aligned at the top,
• Alignment of work benches, office desks, and
  office furniture, with each other,
• Alignment of chairs in a conference room,
• Alignment of storage bins with the assembly line,
• Alignment of stacked materials with each other as
  well as with the adjoining walls, etc.

While putting up notices, posters, or signs,
follow the following simple rules

• Designate special places from them
• Assign responsibility for the management of a
  notice board to an individual
• Indicate the validity date for each notice
  remove it after the expiry
• Align posters, notices at the top. Preferable
  have them of standardized sizes.
