• In 2nd week of August 2015, the Ventriglia family
  decided to force a junior officer of PACRA, in
  Kitwe Office, to make changes in the registered
  information of Zambezi Portland Cement Factory.

• Though prior approval is required from the Court
  for making any changes in PACRAs record, the
  Ventriglia family tried to enforce their will
  over the obligations.

• The result was that the junior officer had to
  make the changes under pressure.

• But, soon after the changes were made, PACRA took
  an immediate action and reversed the alterations.
