  • Relief India Trust, an Introduction
  • Non-Governmental Organizations also known as
NGOs play an important part in removing poverty
    and fighting different social problems,
    especially in third world countries.

3
These organizations are non-profit organizations
and they dont work under the government. Most of
the times the funds they acquire come from the
common people who want to help the humanity and
trust on the structure, mission and commitment of
these organizations.
4
  • Categories
  • There are three different categories in which
NGOs can be specified. There are some
organizations that work on a regional level for
    people of a specific region.

5
  • The next category is of the organizations that
work on the national level. These organizations
have a bigger mission and they work across the
    country for fulfilling their ambitions.
  • There are a number of NGOs that are working
across the World for eradicating different social
issues like poverty, education, bullying etc.

6
  • Purposes
  • Different organizations can have different
purposes for their struggle. Most of the time
NGOS struggle for giving something to people who
    cannot have it themselves.
  • Giving food and shelter to poor people.
  • Giving free education to the children and adults
who cannot afford a standard education on their
    own.

7
  • An NGO may work against bullying, racism and
    shortage of clean drinking water.
  • In short, an NGO is a non-governmental
organization that works for the better of the
whole society, giving special attention to people
who are rottenly neglected, the poor people.
