• Pair up with someone new in the group

• You are required to identify an incident from
  your personal or professional life, related to
  gang environments, and will allow you to consider
  the use of emotional intelligence, relationship
  building, and situational literacy in the form of
  a reflective account. Your account should reflect
  on

• Methods of relationship building
• Situational literacy
• Use any written format you wish 500-750 words

Emotional Intelligence - taster

• Emotional intelligence (EI) is the ability to
  monitor one's own and other people's emotions, to
  discriminate between different emotions and label
  them appropriately, and to use emotional
  information to guide thinking and behaviour.
