Here are 3 Tips for Spring Cleaning Your Jewelry
Cleaning your Gold Jewelry A few drops of dish
detergent in a small bowl of club soda - soak for
10 minutes then scrub the surface with a
soft-bristled brush. Place in a food strainer to
drain the water, rinse and wipe with a clean
cloth. Air dry to make sure no moisture is left.
Cleaning your Diamonds One cup of water plus a
quarter cup of ammonia in a bowl. Let it soak for
2-30 mins, scrub with a soft-bristled brush and
rinse. Dry with a non-abrasive cloth.

Cleaning your Pearls This should be the first
piece out of your jewelry box and last piece to
get in. Wipe the outside of pearls with a damp
cloth carefully so as not to get the silk thread
wet. Restring your pearls when the silk thread
gets worn out.
