• Mr. Sudhakar Goverdhanam is Co-founder of Prime
  Technology Group, Inc. and serves as its Chief
  Executive Officer. Mr. Goverdhanam has 15 years
  of experience in the software industry. He served
  as Practice Leader at CoreTech Consulting Group,
  Inc. and provided technology leadership focused
  on innovative software development methodologies
  and applications. He holds Master's degrees in
  Computer Science and in Mechanical Engineering
  from Villanova University

• Sudhakar Goverdhanam has founded Prime Technology
  Group (formerly Knowledge InfoTech) and has
  spearheaded its rapid growth since its inception
  in the year 2000.

• As Founder and Chief Executive Officer of PRIME,
  Mr. Sudhakar has lead the company to being one of
  the leading IT service providers in the
  mid-Atlantic region, and was recognized as 247th
  and 350th fastest growing company by Inc. 500 in
  2008 and 2007 nationally. Sudhakar is on the
  advisory board of Villanova's Engineering School
  formerly, he has also been an advisor at the
  Laurence A. Baiada Center for Entrepreneurship in
  Technology, Drexel University, counseling young
  and upcoming entrepreneurs with business planning
  and helping fine-tune business models. Prime
  Technology Group continues to widen its reach and
  expand its footprint into diverse industries,
  technologies and solutions.

• Sudhakar has also served on the board of The
  Wilma Theater, a very well respected theater
  group in Philadelphia, PA, that engages its
  audiences in an aesthetic and philosophical
  examination of the complexities of contemporary
  life.

• Sudhakar Goverdhanam has an MS in Mechanical
  Engineering from Villanova University. He is
  married and has 2 daughters.
