The Book Dawn of New Vibrant India was written
by Dr. Harbeen Arora which aims at Education,
Educare, E-Learning, Equity, Employment,
Entrepreneurship and Empowerment. This book is
path-breaking in its attempt at suggesting
natural yet innovative measures to uplift all our
teens by providing them world-class education and
skilling to make India a global leader.   Dawn of
a New Vibrant India suggests refocusing on the
current education system of the country and to
introduce a graduate degree in Skills, which
can ensure that the youths of India posses
essentials needed for employment. Universities in
India should develop innovative and professional
curriculum practical, skills-based, and relevant
to industry courses. Moreover, skill development
should be accelerated among the SC/ST, OBCs,
minorities and other underprivileged sections of
society who are currently not developed. Indian
Government needs to improvise current education
and job structure in the country.

As prominent patroness, Dr. Hrabeen Aroras
mission is to help common people in every
feasible ways. She travelled around the world to
understand the global economy and the best
possible ways for the development of India and
the well-being of its citizens. She leads lots of
activities related to education and empowerment
of women in Indian society. She is deeply
concerned with the underprivileged sections of
society. She works towards their upliftment
through skill based education leading to
employment and empowerment.   Dr. Harbeen Arora
is a great exponent of creative capitalism she
is an icon for change and evolution in the
progressive India. Through her philanthropic
initiative, Dr. Harbeen Arora has contributed
immensely for women empowerment, welfare of
orphan girls, promoting ancient arts and culture
and supporting rural health care.

Dr. Harbeen Arora is a Chancellor at Rai and has
always worked to identify and provide talent a
deserved recognition around the globe. As a
Chancellor at Rai University, she has worked to
promote e-learning especially via MOOCs in the
state of Gujarat. In an effort to make education
accessible for all, Dr. Harbeen Arora has
launched scholarship programs, especially for
underprivileged girl students at Rai University.

Working on the policies morals followed by Dr.
Harbeen Arora, aims to take corporeal steps for
uplifting underprivileged section of the society,
bringing a new ray of light in the lives of every
individual and stimulate them to move out of the
cage of prejudice recognize their talents and
shine amongst the rest. Dr. Harbeen Arora has
completed her schooling in Delhi and completed
her Bachelors from Delhi University and after
than that she went to abroad for the completion
of her Masters from Kings College, London
University and the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art.
Later she had completed her PhD from Sorbonne
Nouvelle, University of Paris III.
