at least three years of additional training in

training course. When looking for the brokerage
firm, consider its size and reputation in the
market.

agent
.
As regarding other professions, becoming a real
estate agent too entails monetary investments in
form of fee for licensing courses, RES exam fee,
making of business cards, advertising,
association fee etc. As a rough estimate, you
should be prepared to spend somewhere around
1500 to 2000 that excludes additional exam
fees. As the business is mostly commission based,
you are also required to keep some money aside to
establish yourself during the initial years of
the business. Also, this field requires a lot of
perseverance and dedication on part of the RES
