  the creation of a Sanctuary in the Hall

Finances will follow our Vision

• It is hard to invest in an uncertain future.
• If we can focus the hope of the congregation on a
  clear picture they will be willing to do what it
  takes to realize that vision.
• Sale of the Manse begins this process of reducing
  the excess capacity.

Next steps

• We can repair the Hall roof and install a
  ceiling.
• We can move the pews down to the Hall.
• Promote this vision as being the one most
  beneficial to the Church as well as the community.

Outline a step by step process

• That will take us to our destination without
  undue pressure on the congregation.
• - Begin with the stair lift. That will make the
  Hall a viable worship space.
• - Prepare the Hall more fully as a sanctuary by
  installing the stained glass, cross and other
  moveable assets..
