Staying in good health is very important to
avoid many diseases. Cancer is one of the disease
which everyone fears a lot. Having a routine of
daily life is the best way to have a healthy
life. Healthy living is within your reach,
starting today. Healthy living is an enduring
commitment, not a flash-in-the-pan fad. But there
are steps you can take right now that will make
today healthier than yesterday and go for a
healthy living tomorrow.

Exercise daily
Exercise is one thing which we should have
in our daily life. There are many different
exercises which we can do from our home itself.
Some people go to the gym regularly. Whether at
gym or house, everyone should have daily
exercise.

Keep you weight in check
Overweight is not a good thing for us. If we
are overweight, then we should integrate physical
activity and work hard to lose a few pounds.
Daily exercise will help us in reducing weight.

Quit smoking
Smokers have a good chance of getting cancer
than non-smokers. If you are a regular smoker,
try to quit it immediately. It often takes 6 to 7
tries before one can quit smoking for good. Maybe
a quit smoking campaign can help you. Smoking
doesn't only endanger yourself, but it also
dangers the people you love.

Avoid secondhand smoke
Don't spend time at smoking zones. Even if
you don't smoke, spending time in smoky places
can raise the risk of cancer as well as heart
disease. Avoid places like smoky bars and
restaurants, work in a nonsmoking workplace, and
