Gateway 3DS and Mt Card support both EmuNand

As a new 3DS Rom compatible flash card, SKY3DS is
the only system supports version 4.5 on, and the
latest V9.4.0-21. When the first 3DS Rom
compatible flash card that gateway 3DS supports
with Omega V2.7 EmuNand V9.4.0-21. On 25 December
the Mt Card team has released the firmware V2.3,
with the support Mt Card now on the gateway 3DS
also EmuNand V9.4.0-21.

What we need to do to bring the Mt Card up to
date, is to simply replace the file Launcher.dat
and then update the EmuNand. Below are the
