Leaving primarily out of Cocodrie, LA, we fish
along some of Louisianas most beautiful barrier
islands. These islands hold a wide variety of
fish and have more speckled trout and redfish
than any other place in the world. Groups of all
sizes can be accommodated. During the 60-day
waterfowl season, blast and cast trips offer
clients the opportunity to experience an outdoor
adventure that includes both duck hunting for a
wide variety of ducks and fishing for speckled
trout and redfish.

Louisiana Bowfishing Charters
Louisiana Bowfishing Charters is a sport growing
in popularity among outdoor enthusiasts.
Louisiana Bowfishing Charters require slow
movement through the shallow marshes spotting
various game fish that you can target using bow
and arrow. It is a unique combination that links
hunting and fishing for an amazing time when you
visit New Orleans, Louisiana. Our New Orleans
Bowfishing trips are done in a 2060 Gator Tail
with dual surface drive engines. NO generators
are needed to run our 16 powerful LED lights that
light up the marsh like a spaceship, so no
earplugs are necessary.

Louisiana Duck Hunting
Coastal Charter Services, LLC provides seasonal
Louisiana duck hunting. Captain Olden is licensed
and insured with over 10 years of New Orleans
Duck Hunting experience. New Orleans Duck Hunts
are done primarily out of Dularge, Lousiana. The
brackish water marshes hold a variety of ducks
that migrate to the waters around New Orleans
Dularge Louisiana. Teal, gadwall (grey duck),
mallards, wigeon, redhead, pintail, canvassback,
and scaup are some of the ducks you can expect on
your Louisiana duck hunting trip. 12 gauge
shotguns are recommended with 2, 3, or 4 steel
shot.

Louisiana Speckled Trout Fishing
Louisiana Speckled Trout Fishing Trips, also
known as Spotted Sea Trout Fishing, are found in
abundance all along the coast of New Orleans,
Louisiana. Southeast Louisiana offers the most
liberal limits of speckled trout fishing in the
country (25 per person). Speckled trout can be
identified by their light gray or silverish color
with black spots all down the side of the fishs
body. Speckled Trout average 2 to 4 pounds each
with some as large as 7 pounds. Come on one of
our New Orleans Fishing Charters and see for
yourself! Trout like to target live, moving prey,
so artificial swim-baits are often the best
tactic.
6
New Orleans Redfish Fishing Charters
Louisiana Redfish can be found everywhere from
offshore in hundreds of feet of water to inland
shallow freshwater ponds swimming along with bass
and other freshwater fish. Redfish range from
just a couple pounds to 50 pounds. Come on one
of our New Orleans Fishing Charters and see for
yourself! They can be identified by their bronze
color with a black spot near the tail. A variety
of tactics can be implemented to catch this New
Orleans trophy fish, but a favorite among the
locals is sight casting. You move slowly through
the marsh and cast to them using spoons, swim
baits, or topwater baits.
