    the best way to lower the risk of type 2 diabetes

    diabetes. There are some symptoms of type2
    diabetes such as frequent urination, fatigue,
    extreme thirst, blurry vision. If you experienced
    these symptoms then see a doctor for a blood test
    to check for diabetes.
