Matt Lotze is an extremely talented and highly
accomplished CEO, investor and entrepreneur.
During his career span, he has started, owned and
managed many reputable companies. He owned a
chain of 6 Pizza restaurants, 5 retail stores,
International Trading Company and managed over a
half million square feet of retail space with
over 350 employees.

Matt Lotze has a BA in Business in 1989, MBA in
Business Management in 1991 from the same
university. Then, furthering his studies,
receiving a Juris Doctorate in 1993. He is also a
PhD. Holder in Sociological Theology in 2001.
Having a rich educational profile, helped him in
founding, managing and organizing 7 companies. He
has practical knowledge, concrete
conceptualization, and excellent working skills
which helped each of his companies leading them
to success and profitability.

In 1998 Lotze successfully prepared an MBA
internship training program for recent graduates.
This internship addressed many of the key
elements a business including human resources
such as workers compensation, payroll, risk
management, CFO duties, medical and forecasting,
cash flow and PL review internship program also
allowed the students to experience a
cross-section business management from retail,
commercial leasing, hospitality, and food service.

Matt Lotze is also a philanthropist, and has made
his contribution to several organizations, such
as Soroptimist International, Special Olympics,
Old Miners Association of Big Bear Lake, Big Bear
Youth Soccer League, American Cancer Society,
California State Parks, Habitat for Humanity,
Girl Scouts and Boys Scouts of America, San
Bernardino County Sheriff's Department, etc.

When not busy with his professional duties and
responsibilities, he likes skiing, tennis,
wakeboard boating, cooking, and singing.
Sometimes, he also coach tennis. He is also a
fantastic dancer. He also has the comprehensive
knowledge of six languages.
