HR Strategy
Human Resource Strategy is the strategic
connection between the organisational corporate
strategy and plan and Human resource planning
framework. The strategic Human Resource planning
process links the high level organisational
strategic objectives to a set of overarching
people based strategic objectives. Without this
clear line of sight between organisational and
human resource strategy, the planning framework
for the Human Resource function is unlikely to be
efficiently and effectively aligned with the
