• The program has ten stages and looks for the
  individual to demonstrate dedication and
  ambition. We open it to all based on performance,
  a three year marketing degree is a bonus but not
  a requirement.
• Within the BDP an individual will learn the
  skills to coach, train and manage others around
  them. There are financial incentives from the BDP
  and as your responsibility level increases so
  does your earning level. We create opportunities
  to get extra development from national and
  international meetings. The meetings are designed
  to get the most experienced in the group to share
  their skills and ideas to help all.
• It is vital anyone included in the team has
  exceptional ethical standards!
• The UK Government has recognised the coaching,
  development and product training with national
  qualifications. While on the BDP you can achieve
  NVQ level 2 Leadership/Customer service and NVQ
  level 3 Leadership/Customer service.
